I'M NOT A HOSA AT UHM MEMBER, BUT I WANT TO BE HELP.

Thanks for your interest! Membership in HOSA at UHM is open to post-secondary students at the beginning of each semester. Fall 2020 membership is currently closed. If you are planning on joining HOSA at UHM for the Spring 2021 semester, Check back at the beginning of January for updates. Proper membership registration includes the following...

1. Completed Membership Application

2. Membership Dues (Chapter, State and National Dues)

A little more info on membership forms: The HOSA at UHM membership application collects information on various topics about the applicant (Name, Phone Number, Major, Ethnicity, etc). The information gathered is used for officer-to-member contact for all HOSA events, and is also relayed to both Hawaii State HOSA and National HOSA for their demographic surveys.

A valid hawaii.edu account is required to fill out the form. If you have trouble filling out the form, please contact us at hosauhm@hawaii.edu.
